We are a Local Authority Licensed, Registered Landlord for Homes in Multiple Occupation (HMO's). We specialize in rentals to students, postgraduates & young professionals.
All of our properties are in highly popular student areas in well lit streets, within minutes to several excellent transport links (Piccadilly Line) major shops, eateries, pubs etc.
We let & manage our own properties directly to tenants, from viewings to contracts, therefore cutting out the need for estate agents. Managing our own properties ensures a prompt & efficient response to any maintenance issues that might arise.
Deposits are protected under the official Tenancy Deposit Scheme Premium Victorian houses furnished & completely refurbished to exceptionally high standards with spacious communal areas & internet to all rooms. Each house has 2 WC's the main bathroom plus 2nd separate shower room, some have 3rd shower room en-suite.
All bedrooms have double beds. Kitchens are fully equipped with built in oven & hob, microwave, washer/dryer & fridge/freezer.
The spacious communal lounge has flat screen TV, Freeview & DVD player.
New tenants are supplied with a 'welcome pack' consisting of new packaged items such as electric kettle, toaster iron & kitchen ware etc.
All of our houses have double glazed windows throughout, laminate/wooden flooring, wooden blinds, combi-boiler, full gas central heating, instant hot water, carbon monoxide & intruder alarm, mains wired smoke detectors, mains linked heat detector alarms in all rooms, plus fire blanket & fire extinguishers.

This is a great house, the location is perfect to get into central London and across to places like Hampstead Heath. The house is very spacious with a great garden and balcony. All houses have been rated and issued with an Energy Performance Certificate EPC and are in accordance with the Housing Act of 2004.
We have available 5 bedroom houses or 6 with a couple of sharing. Please note we only let to complete pre-formed groups of 5 people under one single tenancy agreement for the group. We do not let rooms on an individual basis nor individual tenancies.
We can also accommodate groups of friends in houses very close by so if you are two groups of students looking for two X five-bedroom houses, in many instances we can offer you houses moments from each other.
Any issues that arise, we have teams of plumbers, electricians, handymen & builders who can be on-site within a couple of hours if an emergency or within 24 - 48 hours for nonemergency issues.
